Terms of Service

Last updated October 19, 2026

So Gifted is a service of Perfect Your CX LLC, a New York limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). These terms cover your use of So Gifted, including app.sogifted.co and sogifted.co. By creating an account, or by buying or using a gift card through a So Gifted shop, you agree to these terms.

1. What So Gifted does

So Gifted is software that lets businesses ("Businesses") create, sell, deliver and redeem gift cards for their own services and products. Each Business sells its own gift cards to its own customers. We provide the tools. We are not the seller of any gift card, and we do not provide the services or products a gift card is for.

2. Payments

Gift card payments are processed by Stripe and paid directly into the Business's own Stripe account. The Business is the merchant of record. We do not hold gift card funds. Stripe's own terms also apply to payments.

3. Business accounts

To open a shop, you must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the Business. You are responsible for your account and your staff, the accuracy of your shop, honoring every gift card your shop sells, answering customer questions, handling refunds and chargebacks, and following the laws that apply to your business, including gift card and consumer protection laws.

4. Publishing fee

Building a shop is free. Publishing a shop costs a one-time fee shown before you pay. Refunds of this fee are covered in our Refund Policy.

5. Gift card buyers and recipients

When you buy a gift card, you are buying it from the Business named on the shop. Our Gift Card Terms explain how gift cards work. Refunds are handled by the Business, as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Please use So Gifted lawfully. You may not use it to sell anything illegal, misleading or harmful, to impersonate anyone, to move money for anyone other than your own Business, or to interfere with the service or other users. We may suspend or close a shop that breaks these terms.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of your logos, fonts, images and text. You give us permission to host and display them so we can run your shop and send your emails. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including font licenses.

8. Closing an account

You can close your shop or delete your account in Settings. If your shop has issued gift cards with a remaining balance, you remain responsible for honoring them.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep So Gifted running smoothly, and we provide it as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for a Business's failure to honor a gift card.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new date on this page, and we will email Business owners about material changes.

11. Governing law

New York law governs these terms. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
