This policy explains how Perfect Your CX LLC ("we," "us," "our") handles personal information through So Gifted.
Information we collect
- Business owners and staff: name, email address, business details, the content of your shop, and the status of your Stripe connection. We do not receive your bank account or card numbers.
- Gift buyers: your name and email address, the gift you chose, your message, and the recipient's name and email address. Card details are entered directly with Stripe. We never see or store them.
- Gift recipients: your name, email address, and how your gift balance is used.
- Technical information: basic server logs and the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.
How we use it
We use this information to run shops, process orders through Stripe, deliver gift and receipt emails, let staff redeem gifts, provide support, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- The Business you bought from or received a gift from, which sees the order and gift details.
- Service providers that run So Gifted for us, including Stripe for payments, Resend for email, and our hosting and database providers.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Businesses and your information
Each Business is responsible for how it uses the customer information it receives through its shop.
How long we keep it
We keep information while an account is active, while a gift card has a balance, and as long as needed for records and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing hello@sogifted.co. We may need to keep some information while a gift card has a balance or where the law requires it. Business owners can delete their account in Settings.
Children
So Gifted is not directed to children under 13, and Business accounts are for people 18 and older.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new date on this page.
