Gift Card Terms

These terms apply to every gift card sold through a So Gifted shop.
Who issues your gift card
Each gift card is issued and honored by the Business named on it. Questions about redeeming or using your gift card go to that Business. Their contact details are in your gift email.
No expiration and no fees
Gift cards sold through So Gifted do not expire, and they carry no dormancy, inactivity or service fees.
Using your gift card
Show your gift link, QR code or gift code to the Business. Their staff will deduct the amount you use. Any remaining balance stays on your gift card for next time, until the balance reaches zero.
Cash value
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it.
Keep it safe
Treat your gift card like cash. Anyone with your gift link or code can use it, so please keep it private. If you think someone else has used it, contact the Business right away.
If a Business closes
Gift card payments go directly to the Business, so the Business is responsible for honoring or refunding its gift cards. So Gifted does not hold gift card funds and cannot issue refunds on a Business's behalf.
